PUBG MOBILE released its 2.2 version update on Sept 15 with a variety of new content including a mini-size 1x1 map Nusa with several new features, the thrilling themedd game mode Gear Front Mode, as well as Cycle 3 Season 8 updates and Royale Month 15 with some of new characters and cosmetics. New Battle Royale Map Nusa

It is a 1x1 semi-rural landscape map capable of 32 players, which is about 20 times the battle intensity of Erangel. New environments and buildings have been added to Nusa exclusively, such as Flame Village, Pink Beach, Bulan Bay, and many others with beautiful sights.

PUBG MOBILE 2.2 update has added several new mechanics including Super Recall that allows players to respawn after being defeated, the zipline and evevator that lets players to transport quickly, a swimming pool to recover energy and many other practical features.
New Vehicles and Weapons
There is 1 new vehicle and 2 new weapons waiting for players to try out in PUBG MOBILE 2.2. The new two-seater vehicle is called Quad, which is useful to go uphills and navigate Nusa's terrains due to its lightweight and flexiblity.
As for weapons, the Tactical Crossbow has been updated with fire bolts that can burn your enemies while shooting at them. And a new weapon NS2000 is accurate and powerful for both melee and mid-range combat.

Erangel Updates
The fence and building of the Hospital have added new paths to let players have more ways to choose. An abandoned ambulance and medical supply crates have been added near the hospital. Other than that, 3 new ports with more supplies are added in Erangel at the Ferry Pier, the farm in the southwest, and Sosnovka Military Base. A shed is added containing several bicycles to let players ride on, as well as a flash shop that sells discounted items.
C3S8 and Royale Month 15 Updates
The new Cycle 3 Season 8 rewards include the C3S8 Set, C3S8 Parachute, C3S8 - SkS, and ohter Legendary outfits. RP M15 will also have new rewards, new characters, outfits and items.
